OUR CHALLENGE
Implement an end-to-end, cloud-based analysis platform that can process terabytes of data to inform and optimize business decisions – all while adhering to a strict privacy model, of course.
OUR APPROACH
Our team conducted an extensive deep-dive of the marketplace and vendors and organized numerous technical and functional investigations with our stakeholders. We led all aspects of the project, including a custom Request for Proposal (RFP), vendor demonstrations and a financial evaluation mechanism.
