RAPID PROCUREMENT
OUR CHALLENGE
Quickly deliver a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a specialty chemical products manufacturer in response to a federal government tender to produce, supply and deliver $15 million of hard surface disinfectant to Ontario in compliance with provincial, federal, Transport Canada and Health Canada legislation.
OUR APPROACH
To meet the strict and fast-approaching deadline, our team incorporated iterative agile sessions to review mandatory requirements for bid submission eligibility, including manufacturing processes and capacity analysis, chemical composition analysis, origin of raw materials, NPN applicability and supply chain risk analysis.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
Our team managed all background vendor application submissions, performed product compliance analysis, reviewed organizational due diligence operations and developed a comprehensive RFP response which was submitted to the federal government procurement supply division on time.
