EMERGING PERSPECTIVES
OUR CHALLENGE
Develop and implement a strategy for a global non-governmental organization looking to create a workplace wellness program benefiting tens of thousands of people in East Africa.
OUR APPROACH
Our pro-bono engagement included performing current state and gap analyses to develop a workplace wellness implementation model that considered the challenges faced in emerging countries such as rural access, various levels of education, cultural differences and cautious attitudes towards health and wellness. Through research, information-gathering and academic literature reviews, we developed a program delivery matrix, synthesized it into a consumable format and leveraged our findings to create actionable strategies for three programs: physical wellbeing, psychosocial wellbeing and financial wellbeing.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
We assembled a workplace scanning and evaluation tool, a five-phase implementation framework, a future state roadmap, a business case, a recommendations summary and a technology assessment of an existing data management platform used to deliver workplace wellness education and training programs.
