Aly is an entrepreneur and consultant with more than two decades of experience in both private and public sectors. Having founded several companies over the years in the energy, automotive and technology sectors, he brings a breadth and depth of experience that clients have come to appreciate.
He started FLATSIX in 2010 to provide services as an international clinical trials consultant to the Rick Hansen Institute, Canada’s leading organization for spinal cord injury research. Since then, he has grown FLATSIX to include digital transformation advisory, e-commerce development, project management, systems implementation and SR&ED consulting.
Aly’s expertise includes software development, supply chain management, import/export, systems implementation, RFI/RFP development, privacy and IT security.
He holds a bachelor of science in health informatics from the University of Victoria, a masters in project management from the Schulich School of Business and is certified in six sigma, agile software development and change management.

With more than a decade of experience in strategic communications and organizational change functions within both non-profit and private industries, Maral understands what it takes to energize organizations in achieving business outcomes. Since joining us in 2018, she has been at the center of our business development, change management and communications activities, across all portfolios.
Her philosophy is rooted in her direct experience in a multitude of sectors – from technology to energy – and in her education. She holds a bachelor of arts in communications from Simon Fraser University and a master of arts in intercultural and international communications from Royal Roads University, and is Prosci certified.

With more than two decades of experience in the consumer internet industry as a programmer, project manager and entrepreneur, Harsha is the founder of one of the largest video gaming websites, MegaGames.com. At the height of the PC gaming boom, MegaGames.com was one of the largest independent gaming websites receiving over 3 million unique visitors/month in 2000 (1% of all web traffic at the time) and was acquired by eFront Media in mid-2000 for $12 million.
He has also worked as a consultant at Google, CNET and AOL advising on feature development, testing and traffic generation on some of their key products and properties.
Harsha holds a bachelor of arts in international relations from the University of British Columbia.

Katharine joined us during the COVID-19 pandemic to assist with developing policies and procedures for our healthcare portfolio. Prior to this journey, she played a pivotal role in data analysis and mapping processes for hospital operations on a large-scale transformation project.
While she continues to pursue her academic credentials in biomedical engineering at the University of Victoria, Katharine provides key support for digital transformation projects, workflow analysis, use case development and testing.

Jack is a seasoned IT director with more than 25 years of experience in software and database architecture leading large-scale, multi-million-dollar initiatives with large teams while applying strict adherence to SDLC and agile software development frameworks.
Jack is our in-house expert for all matters that require complex systems architecture and information delivery solutions. He previously led the design, procurement and implementation of a cloud-based, big data system used to connect and analyze disparate data sources hosting more than two billion records. His expertise also extends to directing privacy impact assessments, security threat risk assessments, penetration tests and risk remediation plans.
Jack holds a bachelor of science in electronics engineering - computer architecture and design.
